General Return Policy:
Items purchased at Clipnfeed.com are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, unworn/unwashed condition along with the original tags and packaging. A copy of the original receipt must also be presented. Any damages must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. All pieces must meet our qualifications or will be sent back at the customers cost.

Sale Items Return Policy:
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchanges.

Returns for Items purchased from a retailer other than Clipnfeed.com:
Items purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

Returns or exchanges for items purchased from Clipnfeed.com
Contact us via email-- returns@clipnfeed.com or by phone at 866-611-CLIP(2547) with your name, phone number or email address, along with the type of Clip‘n’Feed blanket or cover you purchased. For returns or exchanges, please state the reason for your request. You will be contacted via email or phone within 3 business days with instructions on how to complete the exchange.

Lancaster’s is not responsible for packages not received through general mail service. We recommend using carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, which use tracking numbers. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once Lancaster’s has received your original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid, minus shipping costs. Please allow 2-3 weeks for Lancaster’s to refund your credit card upon receipt.
